1. Service Description

NGX Headshots ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-generated professional headshot services. By purchasing our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Order & Delivery

After purchase, you will receive an email with a secure upload link. Upload 10-20 clear photos. Your AI headshots will be delivered within 2-4 hours of upload via email download link.

3. Photo Requirements

• 10-20 photos minimum for best results
• Clear, well-lit images of your face
• Varied angles and expressions
• No sunglasses, hats, or heavy filters
• Recent photos preferred

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if we are unable to generate your headshots due to technical failure. Refunds are not available once headshots have been successfully delivered. If you are unhappy with results, contact us within 7 days and we will regenerate at no charge.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full rights to your photos and the generated headshots. We do not use your images for training AI models or any other purpose beyond generating your headshots.

6. Privacy

Your photos are stored securely and deleted from our servers within 30 days of delivery. We do not share your photos with any third parties.

7. Limitations

NGX Headshots is provided "as is." Results vary based on photo quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
